Man Utd head into the match off the back of a league defeat after Aston Villa scored at the death to win 1-0.
Andros Townsend scored for the second successive week to earn Everton a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford, as Manchester United were denied the chance to go top of the Premier League.
FT. A great effort by the lads, who arguably deserved more than the one point. Well played, Blues. 👏

The Reds took the lead with a ferocious Anthony Martial strike two minutes before half-time.
The breakthrough came in the 43rd minute with a devastating finish from Martial. A sweeping move involving Greenwood and Bruno Fernandes found the Frenchman powering in from the left and unleashing a right-foot rocket.
Solskjaer making two early changes after the break by bringing on Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho for Martial and Cavani in the 56th minute.
Townsend, who scored for Crystal Palace at the same venue last season, converted an Abdoulaye Doucoure pass at the end of a swift counter-attack started by Demarai Gray in the 65th minute.
Edinson Cavani had earlier been denied by David De Gea, but the visitors had enjoyed first-half chances of their own with Townsend and Gray both going close.
Cristiano Ronaldo made his 200th Premier League appearance as a second-half substitute, shortly before Townsend scored, but could not find a winner for the hosts.
With two minutes remaining it could have got even better for Benitez’s counter-punching side.
Everton kept United pinned in from a corner but when Tom Davies, on as a substitute, squared for Yerry Mina to convert, the Colombian had run offside.
Not that referee Michael Oliver or his assistant noticed, the final call made by VAR Stuart Attwell.
Both sides end the day on 14 points, level with leaders Liverpool, with second-placed United just ahead of the Toffees on goal difference.
