Manchester United once again came from behind on the road to take all three points at Aston Villa.

The hosts had taken the lead in the first half courtesy of Bertrand Traore, a brilliant strike into the top-right corner from an acute angle on on 24 minutes.

Two goals in four minutes from Bruno Fernandes and Mason Greenwood turned the game on its head before Edinson Cavani finished off the scoring late on as the Red Devils stretched their unbeaten away run to 25 Premier League games.

The win means second-placed Man Utd have claimed 31 points from losing positions this season. They are 10 points behind leaders Man City with a match in hand.

Villa ended the game with ten men after Ollie Watkins was shown a second yellow card as Dean Smith’s team stay 11th in the table.

Next up for United: Leicester on Tuesday, and Liverpool on Thursday – both at home. Win those, and City would kick off against Newcastle on Friday with a four-point margin.
