What a heartbreak for the Hurricanes as Renegades have knocked them out of the tournament. The Renegades were in trouble earlier in the day, but the partnership between Mackenzie Harvey and Webster lead their fightback. Webster ended up with a crucial fifty as he helped the Renegades post a challenging total. And it was all about Zak Evans during the run chase as he claimed a five-wicket haul. Also a special shoutout to Prestwidge who almost pulled off a spectacular catch at wide long-off.
Evans also bags the man of the match for his terrific bowling spell. Feel sorry for the Hurricanes who faltered just at the wrong time. It is also good for the Adelaide Strikers, who will now sneak into the fifth spot if the Stars fail to claim all four points over the Sixers.

Zak Evans took his maiden T20 five-wicket haul to lead a remarkable comeback effort from the Renegades’ youthful bowling attack and end the Hobart Hurricanes season in dramatic style.
