Come December 19th Canelo Alvarez with take on Callum Smith at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

Canelo took to Twitter posting a video of him working out for the match against Callum Smith.

The Mexican legend last fought in November 2019, when he fought and beat Sergey Kovalev for the WBO light heavyweight title.

If Smith is going to win this fight, he’s going to need to nail Canelo with his big left hooks to keep him from getting on the inside against him.

The December 19 bill topped by Canelo Alvarez vs. Callum Smith has seen the card swell to seven contests in days.

Marc Castro, Diego Pacheco, Alexis Espino, and Austin Williams will perform on the biggest stages on the undercard of the World title clash at the Alamodome in San Antonio in Texas.

On Saturday, December 19, the event takes place on DAZN in 200+ countries and territories worldwide and TV Azteca in Mexico.

Castro, Pacheco, Espino, and Williams take their place on a blockbuster night, topped by Canelo (53-2-1 36 KOs) challenging Smith (27-0 19 KOs) for the Briton’s WBA and Ring Magazine World Super-Middleweight titles, and exciting Mexican pocket powerhouse Julio Cesar Martinez (17-1 13 KOs) defends his WBC World Flyweight title against Francisco Rodriguez Jr (33-4-1 24 KOs) – with more action to be added.
